Elton John turns down $33 million American Idol deal
Looks like Elton John doesn't have any money issues since he passed down $33 million dollars to replace Simon Cowell. The announcement of who is to replace Cowell is expected to be public in the season finale. But of course, this is never set in stone. Elton was one of the advisors to one of the singers back in Season 3. I don't actually see Elton being as harsh as Simon can be.

Aladdin Musical to stay
Disney Parks Blog is reporting that "due to popular demand" that Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular will be staying at Disney's California Adventure. Plans for the Toy Story Musical that would be replacing the show have not been completely shelved as of yet. However, for now and into the indefinite future, Genie and crew are staying put at the Hyperion Theater. - dlFreak
Star Tours, Last Tour to Endor - July 27th
Looks like Disneyland Resort will be closing Star Tours for renovations on July 27th. The new ride has been rumored to be in the form of pod racing.
Zingy Purple Potato Salad
THIS WOULD BE PERFECT FOR A LAKER GAME! Serves 4
750g of baby potatoes (mix of purple and white)
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
3 spring onions, finely chopped
A handful of dill and basil, roughly chopped
A generous pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper
750g of baby potatoes (mix of purple and white)
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
3 spring onions, finely chopped
A handful of dill and basil, roughly chopped
A generous pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper
Place the potatoes in a pot of cold water, cover, place over a high heat and bring to the boil. Simmer until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain the potatoes and slice in half lengthways.
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dressing. Whisk together the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, spring onions, and herbs. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cooked potatoes and gently toss, until everything is combined.
Serve straightaway!

Caviar. What is it?
Some of you may of have tasted the delightful appetizer but may of have never wondered what it really is. It is the salted eggs of large fish which usually comes packed with a strong aroma and taste. This is probably why it was garnished when you first tried it. I have yet to try this. I've heard it's best eaten at a certain low temperature.
