New Disney People Mover Doors

The new tram doors I saw yesterday are obviously for safety purposes. People on MouseInfo.com have reported incidents that I have found to be stupid and reckless. Enjoy! -SG

"I've experienced a similar incident. A lady dropped her camera as the tram was pulling into the Mickey & Friends stop. We were literally 5 seconds away from the stop, but she clearly didn't know this, and decided to jump off the tram. Of course, she misjudged the speed of the tram and fell against a railing pretty hard. The CM's instantly stopped the tram and handled the situation perfectly. They let us all off after that since we were basically at the tram stop anyways. The lady wasn't hurt and they let her walk away - she looked pretty embarrassed." - KevRus, MouseInfo

Aladdin's Musical Spectactular to close August 15th, 2010

California Adventure's prized gem, Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular will be closing August 15th, 2010 just after the summer season. This close will open doors for Toy Story the Musical. With amazing sets and effects, this 40 minute show was rated #1 in the western hemisphere. Some notable points from the show include: Jasmine & Aladdin flying with carpet around the world, the genie whose jokes are always up-to-date, and the excellent singing. Make sure you catch this show before the 15th of August!
